Sarah & David - Engagement Session
I felt like I was back in Paris during this engagement shoot. The gardens of the historic Swan House in Atlanta was an amazing backdrop for Sarah & David's engagement session. They came down from New York, and we caught up on their wedding plans while we explored the property and all of it's architectural beauty. Only a few short months until their mountain wedding!
Paris
I just got back two weeks ago from a fabulous trip to Paris. It was only a 3 day quick trip, but the purpose was a good one. We celebrated my mother's 60th birthday and I spent some quality time with her and my sister. The two of them are my best friends and such amazing women. Since we had been to Paris before, we decided to focus on exploring new areas and trying some different things. We took a boat tour, ate fabulous food, and found unique shops and antique markets. We also took a fun cooking class and learned how to cook breads and pastries...so delicious! I had a portrait session while I was there (more photos coming soon!). Thank you to my mom and sister for helping out with this shoot during their vacation. I decided to bring out my old 35mm camera and shot film the entire trip. Many of you probably don't know that I taught French for a year to middle schoolers so it was fun to speak (or try!) the language again. Below are just a few of my favorite images. Amuse toi!
