K, M & W

This gorgeous Hunter family is so special to me. Their oldest daughter K was the first portrait I shot in Atlanta back in 2003 a few years after I moved here and started my business. I took some black and white film shots for them and they said to this day they still have them hanging in K's room! If only I could track down those negatives quickly so I could post those shots. The Hunters now live in Tennessee and drove back for the shoot which was a Mother's Day gift for Anna. She is the most sweet and thoughtful person I know, and her children are a reflection of that. Can't you just see the LOVE! Many thanks for a fun morning with you all!

K & S

The Martins are good friends of ours that were in town the other weekend from Richmond. I just loved photographing their girls, K & S. They remind me so much of my sister and me and watching them interact gave me flashbacks of growing up as "the little sister!" We had a great time at the park looking for fish, picking mushrooms -oh well, they were more interesting than flowers to the girls - running, swinging and dressing up and sprinkling fairy dust on the flowers so they would grow! So fun! Loved seeing you all and thanks again for a fun morning!

M

Although I'm technically on maternity leave, I couldn't resist taking on several portrait sessions this summer and sweet baby M was one of them. M was full of smiles for me! It helped that every time her daddy said her name she grinned from ear to ear. Daddy's little girl for sure, but as you can tell from the photos she loves her beautiful mamma too. I loved the decor of her nursery and this little princess already has an amazing collection of dresses filling her armoire!
